A burst of rocket fuel to enhance your joy & propel you to the next level.

Coaching with Dr. Matthew Horner

You already know you’re a high achiever.

You’re dedicated, committed, accomplished, and willing to do what it takes…

And yet some-how you’re feeling flat and stuck in a rut.

It’s ok, it happens to the best.

In this coaching space, we’ll quickly and strategically identify and focus on the main issue(s), get a handle on your life and your thinking…

Passionately leverage your strengths, ignite your energy, build momentum, and gain speed until you’re soaring on your own!

Consider this a highly tailored, fast-track opportunity to get you where you need to go (with me, a professional psychologist and personal consultant by your side).

In this quest, we’ll partner up and move as fast as possible.

  • This program will be tailored to your specific needs, but typically, two 50-60 minute sessions per week is recommended to keep the momentum strong.

In between sessions, I’ll recommend powerful resources for you to bring into play, so there are no breaks in the action.

Since I want to do everything possible to reinforce your growth, you’ll also have access to me by text or email for any quick check-ins you need along the way.

    Simple.
    Powerful.

  • Since this is outside the realm of traditional psychotherapy, it isn’t billable to health insurance, but it does afford a great deal of flexibility.

This coaching program is designed to be a high-commitment endeavor, and is tailored to your own unique needs.

If you’d like to explore this opportunity with Dr. Horner…

He’s great at meeting people where they “aren’t supposed to be,” and helping them find their own inner strength, at their own pace.

Talking with him is like talking with an educated friend; someone a person can trust.

One of his greatest abilities is how intently he listens and engages others, so they can share their situation in a deep and meaningful way. He also has a great sense of humor and uses it wisely.
